Basically, this category covers anything that misleads or deceives viewers into watching your video or performing some other action that benefits you at their expense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some of the areas of YouTube where the Spam &amp; Deceptive Practices guidelines are typically enforced.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-right\" style=\"color:#5339D3\"><\/i> <strong>Fake Engagement:<\/strong> This refers to engagement (i.e., likes, comments, views, shares, and subscribers) that you purchase or acquire from automated systems, AKA bots. Misinformation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The last category of YouTube\u2019s Community Guidelines that we want to talk about is Misinformation. But let\u2019s say that for some reason, you accidentally violated one of their rules.
