But when we tried to test the live chat feature, the support team was unresponsive. Their inability or refusal to answer our queries directly flies in the face of their “24/7” claim.

The worst part was we genuinely needed help with our order. To our dismay, all the followers we bought from Stormlikes disappeared by the 15th day after our purchase – despite the 14-day warranty that supposedly comes with every package. That’s a serious problem, and we wanted to bring it Stormlikes’ attention to it and see if they would help make it right. But they seemed to be completely unavailable to address our issues.

But that’s where our positive impression of Stormlikes ended.

After checkout, it became clear to us very quickly that Stormlikes does not deliver on their promises of quality engagements and 24/7 customer support.

First of all, the followers we received looked fake and inactive. Second, the 14-day warranty that Stormlikes supposedly guarantees for each purchase is deceptive. By day 15, all our paid followers had dropped off.

Finally, when we tried to reach out to Stormlikes to ask for help with our order and the drop-offs, we couldn’t get a response. Not even the “live chat” was available to help us.

If you’re looking for social media engagements of any type of quality, we highly recommend you avoid Stormlikes. Our experience with their services was so poor that in the end, we have to rate it 1 out of 5 stars.
