Poprey’s customer support is severely lacking in quality. The biggest issue with it is that other than email, there is no way to contact them quickly. There’s not even a live chat option. This means if you have an issue with your order, your only recourse is to send an email and wait for Poprey to respond.

Unfortunately, we found that Poprey was neither responsive nor helpful to our email inquiries. Their “support” is basically nonexistent once your payment has gone through.

It was hard for us to find customer reviews for Poprey anywhere except their website. Even Sitejabber, which is normally a great resource for legitimate reviews of growth service providers, only shows one Poprey review. It was five stars, which is certainly positive; but with no other feedback to compare it to, we can’t tell if it’s reflective of the experiences of Poprey’s broader customer base.

On their website, Poprey’s Instagram followers service has an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars. Every review they display gives the provider four or five stars.

But those reviews may not be an accurate picture of the quality of Poprey’s services, either. Many of them contain only one or handful of words. If they are legitimate, they’re certainly not verbose in their praise.

Before we move on to our final verdict, we want to mention one more review website: Trustpilot.

At one time, apparently, Trustpilot appeared to have a profile for Poprey. Now when you click on the URL for Poprey’s Trustpilot profile, you’ll receive a message stating that it was removed because it was a “bad fit.” This message means that Poprey doesn’t meet Trustpilot’s “ethical standards.”

That fact, combined with the lack of trustworthy reviews about Poprey, should tell you all you need to know about this provider’s quality and authenticity.

Our Verdict

There’s no doubt that Poprey is a great-looking website. We particularly liked how easy it was to choose a package of our liking and then check out.

But checkout was where our positive experience with Poprey ended and a frustrating ordeal began.

First, we were a bit put off by the fact that Poprey doesn’t offer many payment options. They only accept Mastercard and Visa. This wasn’t a problem for us since we used a credit card to complete our purchase. But anyone who prefers to pay with cryptocurrency, PayPal, or Apple Pay will find that checking out with Poprey is limiting.

Second, the followers we received were, frankly, terrible. Their quality was poor and they didn’t look “normal” as Poprey initially promised they would. Their usernames were jumbles of letters and numbers. Anyone would be able to tell that they were fake with a glance.

Third, Poprey’s customer support is practically nonexistent. They only offer one way for customers to contact them: by email. They don’t provide any live chat or another faster way of getting in touch. But that doesn’t matter much anyway because once you’ve purchased one of their engagement plans, Poprey seem to abandon you altogether. At least, that was our experience.

The final straw was the fact that Trustpilot labeled Poprey as a “bad fit” for their website. Considering how many businesses of both high and poor quality are listed on Trustpilot, the fact that Poprey doesn’t meet their ethical standards is not a good sign.

Ultimately, we recommend you avoid Poprey and take your money and time somewhere else.
